All right so today was a pretty good day. I spent my last day in the states before I left for my trip with some of my good friends. We went swimming again and just hung out.

Right now, I am at the SFO airport waiting for my plane. I just wanted to say that I'll miss everyone at home and want to ask for your prayers to be safe here.

Golfland

Recap of Saturday Night 6/28

Bored of all things trapped in my Aunt's house. I decided to go to Golfland. Mini golfing is too expensive. Went with Jimmy, Aaron, Dorothy, and Mimi. It was fun. 

Slept on the floor because I'm not allowed to sleep on the couch.

BBQ X Buccat's! X Grails

All right, this is recap of Friday 6/27.

Barbecue day! All right so that morning I woke up and got ready for Jomar/Ariana's SJB.BCP.SFHS collaborated BBQ. It was a pretty fun day. Lots of laughs, kickin it with new and old friends. Grilling was fun. I showed everyone how to cook chicken. Haha. We played some basketball and had some water balloon fights. Basically, if you didn't show, too bad. You missed out. At the end of the day, we poured an entire cooler of water over Jomar. He ended up selling his shirt for $55,000. Pretty boss.

Anyway, after a long day at the park (by the way, did you know that we weren't supposed to be out because of the bad air?), Mimi and I went back to the Buccat's and stayed there over night. We played Brawl for a bit and saw parts of Fool's Gold. Mimi went to see Wall-E.

Anyway, the house will be up for open house this weekend. Boo.

Happy 17th Birthday Allison Rondez!

Today was an all right day. I pretty much did whatever. Last night I was up webcaming with MattyG, Troy, Raymond, Chanda, Christian, Mark, Kevin C, Anjelica, and Arrod. It was pretty fun. I woke up to a phone call from Karoline because she wanted  to come over, so I hung up and went back to sleep only to be woken up again 15 min later with another phone call saying she was at the front door. So I was forced to get up. 

That afternoon I wanted to go hang out with Karoline some more because she is leaving tonight to her trip to Washington DC. So I brought with me to her house the last bag of coins that I collected from the house. As I was leaving, I saw outside the wooden post/sign that officially stated that our house was for sale. :( 

So when I got to her house, we went out to eat and cash in my coins. I walked to Nob Hill and Coin Star. I received $34.83 from all the change and we decided to eat some fried chicken.

After having lunch and chilling for a bit, I headed home and got read to watch the NBA draft.

My mom had some cleaners come to clean the house to make it look nice and clean so that people would buy the house. Later that night I went to Prymer Unity Day, we played 1 vs. Prymer trivia and celebrated Allison's birthday.

When I got home, I found out that the cleaners took EVERYTHING in my refrigerator and freezer. Everything from water bottles, to old noodles, to the eggs! That only thing left behind was a box of unopened waffles and ice cream. I was so surprised. I had about 20 water bottles and vitamin water gone!

Quan's FAIL X Sore feet

Today was pretty good.

Woke up and took a shower, did some chores, and got ready to go to Matt Ganan's house. I called up Raymond and he walked over so we could take the bus to Cataldi Park.  On the bus, I ran into Julie Nguyen who just got out of summer school. She thought I was gonna get lost because I had to switch buses. Well, Julie, if you're reading this, I didn't! Ha! 

So we got to Matt's house and Russ, Karl and Quan was there. We all had to go with Matt to his physical therapy, so we took the light rail. Once we got there, Matt went for his session and the rest of us went for Lee's Sandwiches and Taco Bell. It was pretty good.

Afterwards, we went back to the light rail station and Quan had his BIG FAIL. So when the train came, I started to walk inside, but i noticed that everyone else started to walk to the next cart, so I thought, whatever, and got inside by myself. Next thing I know, the train starts moving and I see outside the window, Quan just standing there with his mouth open, like wtf?!. So we just left him there at the stop. It was so funny. I guess the story was, when everyone ran to the next cart, Quan walked and as soon as he was about to step on, the doors closed. So he just stood there. Everyone started laughing at him because he looked like an idiot that couldn't even get on the train. I mean, even the people on the train were laughing cause he didn't get on on time. 

So when we got off at our stop, we called him up and laughed at him. We told him we'd wait for him so he started running towards us instead of waiting. The next thing we see within about 2 minutes is this guy running towards us as fast as he could, and it turned out that it was Quan running super fast to catch up. Haha, it was pretty funny. Quan, this is for you; FAIL. 

Anyway, as we walked back to Matt's house, we met up with Troy. We got back to the house and played some ball. I took some shots with my N70. We played about 4 games up to 11.  After getting tired of basketball we decided to give Ultimate Frisbee a try. We played for a bit until we all got tired and my feet got sore. Went inside and ate some Pirate Booty and Bagel Bites. Mmmm..

Raymond dropped me off at home.

Mimi is home!

So this morning, my sister's plane landed in SFO and my mom, two cousins, and I went to pick her up. The way she described her trip made me want to go to Japan, too! Sounded like she had loads of fun.

Anyway, I am a little sick with maybe a cold. My throat is kind of cracky, but I like the sounds, so I kind of don't want to get better. Like Pheobe!

I didn't do much today. I just sat around and took a nap. I woke up around 430 and went to Angela's place to hang out with her and Carinna. We watched half of 40 Year-Old Virgin.

Afterwards, I went home to get ready to go eat. My mom, Mimi, and I decided to eat at Mongolian BBQ at Great Mall. While eating, Raymond, Miggy, Carinna, and Angela met up with us. After my mom and sister left to shop, we headed to the theaters to watch a movie. I stopped by Tilly's to get a new belt. We ended up watching Kung Fu Panda again because most of us hadn't seen it yet.  

After the movie, Carinna and Angela left and we met up with Chanda, Shawna, and Matt D.

Chill Day

So, as soon as I got home, I was looking to end my day with a chill night and hanging out with some friends. So I called up some people and walked around for a bit. I went to my cousin's house down the street and chilled with them for a bit. Then I walked to Carinna's house and we went to find Kristine Santos. We then met up with Raymond and RayJay. We shot hoops at MHS for a bit and RayJay gave me his bike before he left for ShowTime. Then we went back to my house and chill for a bit. I started to get hungry so we decided to go to McDonalds. Ended off the night when Ray left for the library, and Kristine went to Carinna's for a sleep over. It was a gooood day.

SEATTLE Recap

Friday 6/20

So this morning I wake up around 745 to go to the airport. My mom wants to get there early so we leave at 830 when the flight is at 1040. I can't believe how many more trees there are in Washington than in Cali.

So I arrived in Seattle around 1230 and went to my Great Uncle's house. Can you believe there were 15 people packed together in the house. I felt bad cause some people had to sleep in the garage. Anyway, I just chilled and hung out with my cousins. I took a WDYWT picture copying Mark.

Saturday 6/21

So this morning I wake up to 3 kids jumping on my bed telling me to get ready for mass. We went to St. James Cathedral and man, there were HELLA people. I attended an ordination for 4 deacons. As the procession came in, the entire left side of the building was filled up with guest priests and members of the Society of Jesus. The mass was about 3 hours long. I ran into Christine, from Agape, throughout the trip though! It was kinda random, but she said she flew in that very morning and was taking a road trip to Canada.

After mass, we had lunch and then went back to the house. My cousins and I went biking around the island, Mercer Island, and I visited the high school. Apparently, its the only high school on the island, kinda like MHS. We went back home and got ready to go to dinner with the Jesuit Society at Seattle University. I only brought with me one set of nice clothes but two ties, so I changed ties.

I felt kinda out of place because I was the only non Jesuit there. (Holy Cross) It was kinda funny because I could hear some trash talking between family members. I guess it could've been jokes? I don't know, but it was funny. After dinner, we stopped by a beach and walked around for a bit. I skipped stones into the ocean.

Afterwards, we went to this house to have dinner again. The food from before wasn't so good.

Sunday 6/22

So this morning I wake up early again to attend the Thanks giving mass. Mass was pretty long with about 15 guest priests. After mass, I had lunch and went biking around the island again. Schwinn bikes are soooo nice. The hills on the island were hella steep, too.

Later on, we went to another reception to have dinner with the newly ordained's family and friends. We ate at this place called New Hong Kong. During the party, all the priests went up to sing karaoke. It was pretty funny because there were 2 white priests in a room full of Vietnamese and they had to sing by themselves. One of them sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Haha. 

Later that night, we went home and rented the movie Jumper. I thought it was pretty good.

Monday 6/23

Finally, going home. So this morning I wake up at 10am and packed for my flight home. Flight was at 1210pm and I played Sudoku on the way back. 

I'm so glad that I missed the Californian Heat Wave! I heard it was 115 degrees outside?! Damnnn. Good thing I escaped to Seattle. The hottest was 85 degees, but it was pretty humid.

Now, I am HOME SWEET HOME.  I'll upload pictures soon.

Last day of DE X Swimming X Chill

So today, I finished my last class of Drivers Ed!

I started my day off pretty bad...

So, my Summer Plans are officially busted. I will not be able to attend WYD this year. So, since I already bought my ticket, I guess I'll just go back to Vietnam for a few weeks. Maybe do some other kind of service there.

Drivers Ed was all right. I'm actually kind of sad that its over. Spent the most of the day watching videos. A couple more about stories of car accidents and real life experiences of people dying. Pretty sad to end the class, but whatever, I'm done with it!

We had Quiznos again today for lunch.

So afterwards, we went home and got ready to go swimming!

Matt Ganan, Miggy, Eric, and Jomar came over and we walked to Angela's pool.

Stopped by Luckys to pick up some swimming equipment. So, we met up with Marti, Marissa, Ariana, Angela, Raymond, Karl Valdez, and Troy at the pool. The guys played a few rounds of Ultimate Water Frisbee. Pretty fun. It was SJB vs SV. We, SJB, won 11-9. Woohoo!

After getting tried and hungry, we decided to keep up the tradition and get some Mountain Mike's Pizza. The guy there was chill. We didn't have enough money for two pizzas, so he gave us a $5 discount and 2 free drinks. Hellz to the yeah.

After filling our stomachs, we walked back to my play and ch

illed for awhile. Played some more Ultimate Frisbee, then some basketball. Everyone left around 10pm. I decided to get a hair cut.

I still have to pack. I'm leaving tomorrow to Seattle to see some random priest get ordained. I'll be gone from Friday-Monday.

LOVE BUS FOR LIFE

So today was pretty chill.

Went to Drivers Ed and saw a couple Crash Videos. They were pretty sad. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. SERIOUSLY.

We had Quiznos for lunch. I ordered the Baja Chicken, a snicker-doodle cookie, and a SoBe.

Dexter went crazy with my camera and took hella pictures of his SoBe can.

Afterwards, I went all the way to Curtner to chill with Kevin Catap, Russ, Justin DelRosario, and Michelle DeLeon.  Russell never stops playing basketball. Kevin attempted to try to teach me how to break. 

We chilled for about an hour or so, until Russ had to go home. 

After everyone left, I decided to visit Roseanne since she lived in the area. I went all the way to her house and she couldn't even come outside. Fail. Since I had nothing else to do, I went back home and chilled with my cousins for a few hours. We ending up going out to eat at El Toritos. MMMMM.... Sizzling Steak Fajitas with some Enchiladas.

Last day of Drivers Ed tomorrow!

Panda Express

Driver's Ed was boring.

Ate lunch at Panda Express with Angela and Dexter!

Half Chow Mein, Half Fried Rice, Kung Pow Shrimp, and Mandarin Chicken. Mmm

What a lame fortune...

So I got home and got ready for the Finals. Fell asleep at half time, game sucked so I called up my cousin and walked with her to Blockbuster. She rented Juno. I though I should visit Ray since he was right there, so I went. 

Pretty boring day.

Driver's Ed was extremely boring.

Anyways, after class, I came home to find a new adventure to finish off my day. What better way to do it then to chill at MattyG's house with Ray, Russ, and Eric.  We decided to go and find some food to eat because none of us, except Russell, had had dinner yet. It was off to Popeyes! Man, is the food greasy there.

Well, after dinner, we walked back to Matt's house and just played a little ball. I think that was the best I've played in the last 3 months. It was Ray and me versus Matt and Russ to 21. I think we won 21-16, then 7-4 on a rematch.

Anyways, I need to catch up on sleep. Went the whole day on 3 hours of sleep. Freakin class tomorrow.
